備前・旭川の憂鬱 (「世界最高の国2018年度ランキング」 18-88) [日記・雑感]
「Best Countries Ranking：ベストカントリー・ランキング」が発表され、日本は昨年から順位に変動なしの〝5位〟となりました。
ランキングは統計情報サイト〝USNews〟が主要項目9つ（冒険心・市民権・文化的影響力・企業家精神・歴史的資産・発動力/原動力・事業へ開放的・軍事力・生活の質）に基づいて、世界80カ国・地域を評価したものです。原本は下記を参照ください。

上位20位をまとめてみました。14位と15位でscoreに段差がありますので、まあ14位のフィンランドまでが世界最高の国として良いのではないかと思います。

日本のscoreをじっくり見てみたいと思います。低scoreに注目します。
〝市民権〟この中には〝Gender equality〟〝Well-distributed political power〟〝Cares about human rights〟この辺りは「フムフム」と思い当たる節があります。しかし〝Cares about the environment〟〝Religious freedom〟辺りは、スウェーデンと較べても全く納得できません。
何時も日本と比較して喜ぶ韓国22位、インド25位、ロシア26位、トルコ36位、でした。
